Wise words, and some things to think about:

A Birth Certificate shows that we were born. A Death Certificate shows that we died. Pictures show that we lived!

Have a seat . . Relax ... And read this slowly.
  • just because two people argue, it doesn't mean they don't love each other; and just because they don't argue, it doesn't mean they do.
  • we don't have to change friends if we understand that friends change.
  • no matter how good a friend is, they're going to hurt you every once in a while, and you must forgive them for that.
  • true friendship continues to grow, even over the longest distance; the same goes for true love.
  • you can do something in an instant that will give you heartache for life.
  • it's taking me a long time to become the person I want to be.
  • you should always leave loved ones with loving words; it may be the last time you see them.
  • you can keep going long after you think you can't.
  • we are responsible for what we do, no matter how we feel.
  • either you control your attitude, or it controls you.
  • heroes are the people who do what has to be done, when it needs to be done, regardless of the consequences.
  • money is a lousy way of keeping score.
  • sometimes the people who you expect to kick you, when you're down, will be the ones to help you get back up.
  • sometimes, when I'm angry, I have the right to be angry; but that doesn't give me the right to stay that way.
  • maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you've had, and what you've learned from them, and less to do with how many birthdays you've celebrated.
  • it isn't always enough to be forgiven by others; sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself.
  • no matter how bad your heart is broken, the world doesn't stop for your grief.
  • our background, and circumstances. may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.
  • two people can look at the exact same thing, and see something totally different.
  • your life can be changed in a matter of hours by people who don't even know you.
  • even when you think you have no more to give, when a friend cries out to you, you will find the strength to help.
  • credentials on the wall do not make you a decent human being.
  • the people you care about most in life are taken from you too soon.
  • the happiest people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the best of everything they have.
  • I love you not because of who you are, but because of who I am when I am with you..
  • no man, or woman, is worth your tears; and the one who is, won't make you cry.
  • just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to, doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have.
  • a true friend is someone who reaches for your hand, and touches your heart.
  • the worst way to miss someone is to be sitting right beside them, knowing that you can't have them.
  • never frown, even when you are sad, because you never know who is falling in love with your smile.
  • to the world you may be one person; but, to one person, you may be the world.
  • maybe, God wants us to meet a few wrong people, before meeting the right ones, so that when we finally meet the right people, we will know how to be grateful.
  • don't cry because it is over; smile because it happened.
  • there's always are going to be people that hurt you; so, what you have to do is to keep on trusting, and just be more careful about who you trust the next time around..
  • make yourself a better person, and know who you are, before you try and know someone else, and expect them to know you.
  • don't try so hard; the best things in life come to you, when you least expect them to.
  • the happiest people don't necessarily have  the best of everything: they just make the best of  everything they have.
  • REMEMBER: WHATEVER HAPPENS, HAPPENS FOR A REASON.
Arthur_ashe_and_trophy
Arthur Ashe , the legendary Wimbledon player was dying of AIDS which he got due to infected blood he received during a heart surgery in 1983. From the world over, he received letters from his fans, one of which conveyed: 'Why does GOD have to select you for such a bad disease'?

To this Arthur Ashe replied: The world over -- 5 billion children start playing tennis, 500,000 learn to play tennis, 50,000 learn professional tennis, 50,000 come to the circuit, 5000 reach the grand slam, 50 reach Wimbledon, 4 to semi final, 2 to the finals. When I was holding a cup I never asked GOD 'Why me?'

And today in pain I should not be asking GOD 'Why me?'

Happiness keeps
you sweet, trials keep you strong, sorrow keeps you human, failure keeps you humble, success keeps you glowing, but only God keeps you going ...

Keep Going
...

Wholelifemodel

There was a blind girl who hated herself because she was blind.
She hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He was always there for her. She told her boyfriend, 'If I could only see the world, I will marry you.'

One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her. When the bandages came off, she was able to see everything, including her boyfriend.

He asked her, 'Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?' The girl looked at her boyfriend
, and saw that he was blind. The sight of his closed eyelids shocked her. She hadn't expected that. The thought of looking at them the rest of her life led her to refuse to marry him.

Her boyfriend left her in tears
, and days later wrote a note to her saying: 'Take good care of your eyes, my dear, for before they were yours, they were mine.'

This is how the human brain often works when our status changes
; only a very few remember what life was like before, and who was always by their side, in the most painful situations.

Life Is a Gift

Today before you say an unkind word -
think of someone who can't speak.

Before you complain about the taste of your food -
think of someone who has nothing to eat.

Before you complain about your husband or wife -
think of someone who's crying out to GOD for a companion.

Today before you complain about life -
think of someone who went too early to heaven.

Before you complain about your children
- think of someone who desires children, but they're barren.

Before you argue about your dirty house someone didn't clean or sweep -
think of the people who are living in the streets.

Before whining about the distance you drive
- think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.

And when you are tired
, and complain about your job - think of the unemployed, the disabled, and those who wish they had your job.

But before you think of pointing the finger or condemning another -
remember that not one of us is without sin, and we all answer to one MAKER.

And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down -
put a smile on your face, and thank GOD you're alive, and still around.
